Your Role as a Zenika Consultant:
As a Project Manager, you’ll will work in client environment to operate at the intersection of run and change — ensuring critical systems remain stable while driving enhancements and delivering improvements in a live, highly regulated environment.
You’ll work closely with business users, engineers, and vendors to ensure that daily operations run smoothly, releases are well-governed, and projects deliver meaningful outcomes without compromising reliability.
This is a role for someone who understands that operational excellence is just as important as delivery success.
What you'll do
Ensure the stability and performance of critical business systems through strong operational oversight.
Manage vendor-led incident and problem resolution, validating root causes and ensuring sustainable fixes.
Coordinate releases and deployments across technical teams and vendors, aligning timelines, dependencies, and environments.
Partner with stakeholders to clarify and validate business and technical requirements.
Drive enhancements and small-scale projects within live operational environments.
Challenge and validate proposed technical solutions to ensure they meet business, architectural, and regulatory expectations.
Maintain clear delivery documentation, including risks, decisions, and change records.
Monitor vendor performance and support contract governance activities.
Ensure systems and processes meet audit, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Work with audit teams to address findings and implement corrective actions.
What you bring
Experience managing projects within technology environments, particularly those supporting critical or high-availability systems.
Strong background in operations-heavy (BAU) environments while still delivering change.
Solid technical understanding — able to engage engineers and navigate system, infrastructure, and release discussions.
Experience working with DevOps or release teams, including familiarity with CI/CD and environment management concepts.
Exposure to government or regulated environments with structured governance requirements.
Strong stakeholder engagement, coordination, and documentation skills.
Experience supporting ICT audits or compliance-driven delivery.

Experience managing hybrid BAU + project delivery models.
Familiarity with government contract management or procurement processes.
