Your Role as a Project Manager (Zenika Consultant):

You will oversee technology projects that meaningfully improve how public sector services are delivered. Working across teams, from business analysts to product stakeholders - you'll drive user-centric solutions from concept to completion. You're digitally savvy, naturally proactive, and energised by finding innovative ways to apply AI and emerging tech to real-world needs.

What you'll do

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while managing project plans, schedules, and reports to ensure delivery within time, scope, and budget

• Lead cross-functional collaboration across development and technology teams, facilitating ops-tech sessions and regular stakeholder updates

• Oversee vendor and service provider relationships, ensuring contractual responsibilities are met and procurement activities are well-managed

• Coordinate system security audits, vulnerability assessments, and day-to-day operations to meet uptime and availability targets

• Implement and maintain processes for issue management, change control, documentation, and quality assurance

• Identify and support digital transformation opportunities across the organisation

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology/IT environment

• Experience delivering digital or transformation projects across public sector or large-scale, regulated environments

• PMP or equivalent project management certification

• Technical background with IT teams and developers

• Experience in Agile, Cloud Technologies, Knowledge Management, or Service Design

• Experience in managing system implementation and maintenance projects using Agile methodology

• Experience in budget management, cost optimisation, and financial planning

• Team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Agile tools such as Figma, Miro, or JIRA

• Certification such as Scrum Master or Product Owner is a plus

• Experience with development workflows using tools like SHIP/HATS, GitHub or GitLab for code management and collaboration

• Experience to rapid application development platforms such as OutSystems

• Working experience with content management systems such as Sitefinity, SharePoint Online, or similar platforms
