Your Role as a Zenika Talent Acquisition Specialist
As part of Zenika’s lean TA team, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our growth by owning end-to-end hiring for our Software Consulting roles. You’ll work closely with consultants, hiring managers, and leadership to attract, assess, and hire talent that aligns with Zenika’s values, culture, and engineering standards.
You’ll partner with the business to:
Own full-cycle recruitment: role intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closing
Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining high standards for speed, quality, and candidate experience
Build proactive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, professional networks, tech communities, and events
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs, calibrate expectations, and align on hiring strategy
Act as a trusted advisor by sharing market insights, guiding hiring decisions, and constructively challenging requirements when needed
Deliver a consistently excellent, 5★ candidate experience through timely communication, clarity, and transparency
Continuously improve hiring processes to ensure consistency, fairness, and a strong Zenika candidate journey
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including content ideas, hiring campaigns, and storytelling
Support and/or run recruitment events, tech meetups, career fairs, and community engagement activities
Build and nurture talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs
Improve recruitment workflows, documentation, templates, and reporting in a lean team environment
Track recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of recruitment experience, with a mix of in-house and agency exposure, ideally including technical hiring
Proven ability to recruit in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple stakeholders
Comfort operating in ambiguity — proactive, resourceful, and able to take ownership
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align, and push back constructively
A strong candidate experience mindset — empathetic, responsive, structured, and detail-oriented
High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple roles concurrently
A collaborative, hands-on attitude — comfortable balancing strategic thinking with execution in a lean team
