Your Role as a Zenika Consultant:

As a QA Engineer Consultant, you’ll be embedded with our clients — from public sector agencies to large enterprise teams — ensuring that the solutions we deliver are stable, intuitive, and production-ready. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product owners, designers, and other consultants to build testing strategies that drive confidence and accelerate releases.

You’ll work on projects that will allow you to:

• Work within cross-functional project teams to design comprehensive test cases and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Develop and execute manual and automated testing, leveraging tools such as Katalon, Selenium, or similar.
• Create and maintain thorough test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test results.
• Identify, report, and track software defects, ensuring quick turnaround and high visibility.
  Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, business analysts, and end users to investigate and resolve issues.
• Participate in code reviews, providing feedback focused on quality and edge-case considerations.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA practices, contributing to organisation-wide testing standards and guidelines.
• Stay current on QA trends, best practices, automation strategies, and modern testing methodologies.
  
  What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance (manual and automated testing).
• Proven experience using test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Katalon).
• Exposure to performance and security testing techniques.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
  
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills .
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
  
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how automation fits into continuous delivery.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database testing.
