Your Role as a Zenika Consultant:

As a Business Analyst, you’ll work on strategic projects, supporting digital transformation. You’ll be embedded in agency teams, working alongside CIOs, product managers, software engineers, and designers to deliver innovative solutions.

What you'll do:

• Partner closely with Product Managers to act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and end users, ensuring clarity and alignment on needs, priorities, and expected outcomes.

• Bridge user problems to delivery execution — translate ambiguous business challenges into structured requirements, clear user stories, and actionable backlog items for engineering teams.

• Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops — asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and driving shared understanding.

• Own and maintain delivery documentation using Jira and Confluence (e.g., user stories, functional specifications, process flows, acceptance criteria, release notes).

• Be data-proficient: use metrics, dashboards, and data insights to validate requirements, define success criteria, support decision-making, and measure impact.

• Work effectively in environments involving complex systems and problem spaces, helping teams simplify complexity and deliver iterative improvements.

What you bring:

• Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in IT business analysis experience in financial services domain, preferably in private or global markets.

• Proven experience in user-facing roles, including running workshops, interviewing users, gathering requirements, and presenting outcomes to stakeholders.

• Strong stakeholder management skills — able to influence, challenge constructively, and build trust with senior business and technology leaders.

• Strong data literacy: comfortable working with datasets, dashboards, metrics, and translating data insights into product/process improvements.

• Practical experience delivering full end-to-end software/product lifecycle.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and prioritise effectively.

• Excellent communication skills to pitch ideas, document clearly, and drive alignment across teams.
